  that  two  buoys  have  been  placed  near
the  portion  of  the  breakwater  under  water,
at  La  Cura,  Cartagena,  now  in  the  course

the  harbour.
Also,  that  the  buoy  on  the  shallow's  near
Escombrera  island  has  been  removed,  and
