Appendix  A:  Full  sets  of  BSHcmod  and  TRIM
simulations
In  this  Appendix,  we  present  simulated  counterparts  of  all
observed  trajectories  shown  in  Fig.  4.  The  four  different
model  setups  considered  are  simulations  based  on  BSHcmod ­
  (Fig.  Al),  BSHcmod+  W  (Fig.  A2),  BSHcmod+  S
(Fig.  A3)  and  TRIM  (Fig.  A4).  For  all  figures,  the  underlying
data  are  provided  in  the  Supplement.
