Improvement of the methodology of analysis
of some heavy metals which are routinely determined
  in seawater and marine organisms.
Development of a micro-procedure to be able
to determine extremely small amounts of
heavy metals and bioavailable heavy metals
in seawater (speziation).

Determination of both "former" organohalogens
and "new" polar organochemicals in a screening
procedure.

The automatic system is a supplement to existing
sample taking facilities for a better determination
of organic pollutants.

metals from the sediments as a consequence of
seasonally varying biological events in the
shallow water areas of the German Bight.)
