Federal  Republic  of  Germany  during  the  period:

and  transport,  as  well  as  of  the  hazards  for
the  marine  environment.

Registration  of  the  amount  of  legal  discharges
of  oily  mixtures  persuant  to  MARPOL,  Annex  I
in  order  to  be  able  to  estimate  the  annual  load
for  isolated  transport  areas  and  the  whole  of  the
North  Sea.

Study,  as  to  what  extent  existing  oil  combat
measures  are  applicable  to  other  substances,
and/or  which  other  procedures  are  technically
feasible.
