ich bis 5 sm S-lich von Farstugrunden. Eine 5-15 
sm breite Rinne verläuft entlang der Küste von 
Nygrän bis Norra Kvarken; in der stellenweise Eis 
oder einzelne grobe Schollen treiben.

ridges. A wide area with open water occurs from 
about 13 nm north to about 5nm south of 
Farstugrunden. A 5-15 nm wide lead stretches 
along the coast from Nygrän to Norra Kvarken; in 
the lead drift ice and single heavy floes do occur. 
Voraussichtliche Eisentwicklung 
In den Nächten kommt es in der Bottenvik zu 
'eichten Frost, tagsüber steigen die Temperaturen 
aber überall über den Gefrierpunkt. In den nächsten 
Tagen wird das Eis weiter abnehmen, durch die 
meist schwachen Winde ist die Eisdrift gering. 
Expected Ice Development 
In the Bay of Bothnia there will be light frost during 
the night, but during daytime temperatures will be 
over freezing in the whole area. During the next 
days the ice retreat will continue, and due to mostly 
light winds the ice will not drift over larger 
distances.
