«anal 10-20 cm dickes Eis. - Russische Küste: In 
den Häfen von St. Petersburg liegt Festeis. Weiter 
westwärts kommt im Fahrwasser bis zur Länge von 
<otlin 15-25 cm dickes Festeis, dann bis zur Länge 
vom Malyj 10-20 cm dickes, sehr dichtes Eis vor. - 
Die innere Vyborgbucht ist mit 15-30 cm dickem 
Festeis bedeckt. Außerhalb davon liegt zwischen 
den Breiten der Insel Igrivyj und des Leuchtturms 
\erva sehr dichtes 10-20 cm dickes Eis. - Im 
Berkezund liegt 12-22 cm dickes Festeis und in der 
Einfahrt 10-20 cm dickes, sehr dichtes Eis. - Entlang 
der Küsten der Copora und Luga Bucht liegt 
zusammengeschobenes Eis, davor und in den 
Einfahrten kommt 10-15 cm dickes, dichtes Eis vor.

Copora Bay and the Luga Bay there is compact 
ice, farther out and in the entrance to both bays 
there is 10-15 cm thick close ice. 
Archipelago Sea 
There is new ice and thin ice in the inner 
archipelagos. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Finnish Coast: In the inner archipelagos there is 
thin ice, farther out there new ice. - Swedish 
Coast: there Areas with thin very open to open ice 
and shuga are drifting to the north and southeast of 
Skagsudde. Farther southwards till Gävle Bight 
there is thin fast ice or new ice in sheltered bays. 
The Ängermanälv up to Storfjärden is covered with 
10-25 thick fast ice. 
Schärenmeer 
In den inneren Schären liegt dünnes ebenes Eis und 
Neueis. 
Bottensee 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären liegt 
dünnes Eis, weiter außerhalb kommt Neueis vor. - 
Schwedische Küste: Nördlich und südöstlich von 
Skagsudde treiben Gebiete mit dünnem, sehr 
ockeren bis lockeren Eis und Eisbrei. Weiter 
südwärts kommt bis zur Gävle Bucht in geschützten 
Buchten dünnes Festeis oder Neueis vor. Der 
Ängermanälv ist bis Storfjäarden mit 10-25 cm 
dickem Festeis bedeckt. 
Norra Kvarken 
Auf See kommt Neueis und dünnes, dichtes Eis vor. 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären liegt 
zwischen Vaasa und Ensten 5-20 cm dickes Festeis, 
außerhalb davon kommt ebenes Eis, Neueis und 
dünnes, sehr dichtes Treibeis vor. - Schwedische 
Küste: Zwischen der Küste und dem Gebiet um 
\ordvalen wechseln sich Felder mit offenem und 
dichtem Treibeis sowie offenes Wasser ab. 
Bottenvik 
Finnische Küste: Die nördlichen inneren Schären 
sind mit 20-35cm dickem Festeis bedeckt, 
außerhalb davon liegt 5-20 cm dickes, sehr dichtes 
Eis und Neueis. Außerhalb Oulu kommt bis 20sm 
westlich von Kattilankalla 5-20 cm dickes ebenes Eis 
vor, weiter westlich liegt 5-20 cm dickes, sehr 
dichtes Eis und Neueis. Von Raahe bis Nahkiainen 
tritt dünnes Eis und Neueis auf. Die Eisgrenze 
verläuft entlang der Linie Falkensgrund - 17 sm 
1ordwestlich von Nahkiainen — Kokkola-Leuchtturm. 
Im südlichen Abschnitt kommt bis zu den äußeren 
Schären 10-30cm dickes ebenes Eis, anschließend 
Neueis und Neueisbildung vor. - Schwedische 
Küste: In den nördlichen inneren Schären liegt 15- 
35 cm dickes Festeis. Außerhalb davon wechseln 
sich Gebiete mit dichtem und sehr dichtem Eis, 
beides 15-20cm dick, ab. Eine mit Neueis bedeckte 
Rinne verläuft von Repskar nach Kemi-2 und dann 
südwärts. In der Skelleftebucht findet sich fest-

Raahe to Nahkiainen thin ice and new ice occurs. 
The ice edge runs along the line Falkensgrund — 17 
nm north-west of Nahkiainen — Kokkola lighthouse. 
In the southern part 10-30cm thick level ice is 
found up to the outer skerries, followed by new ice 
and ice formation. - Swedish Coast: In the 
northern inner archipelagos there is 15-35 cm thick 
fast ice. Farther out there are alternating areas of
