From 1° of March only vessels in ice class IA and more than 4000 tons in deadweight, which have per port (for 
ıhe ports Tornio, Kemi, Oulu, Raahe, Kokkola and Pietarsaari) at least 2000 tons to load or unload or both

Vessels bound for ports in the Gulf of Bothnia shall report to ICE INFO on VHF Channel 84 when passing the 
Svenska Biörn lighthouse.
