Finnischer Meerbusen 
Estnische Küste: In der Narva Bucht Festeis an der 
Küste, außerhalb davon sehr dichtes 10-20 cm 
dickes Eis. In der Kundabucht dichter dunkler Nilas, 
’n der Muugabucht und in der Tallinnbucht kommt 
sehr dichtes 15-30 cm dickes Eis vor. Auf See liegt 
Östlich von Osmussaar dichtes bis sehr dichtes 20- 
35 cm dickes Eis. W-lich davon kommt lockeres 10- 
25 cm dickes Eis vor. - Finnische Küste: In den 
Schären liegt 20-50 cm dickes Festeis. Außerhalb 
davon kommt im Westen Neueis vor. Im Osten 
treibt sehr lockeres Eis und Neueis in einer 5-25 sm 
breiten Rinne, gefolgt vom sehr dichten 15-40 cm 
dicken Eis. - Russische Küste: In den Häfen von 
St. Petersburg liegt Festeis. Weiter W-lich im 
Fahrwasser bis Kotlin 45-65 cm dickes Festeis, 
dann sehr dichtes 30-45 cm dickes Eis bis MoSCnyj, 
anschließend sehr dichtes 20-35 cm dickes Eis. - 
Die Vyborgbucht ist mit 45-60 cm dickem Festeis 
bedeckt, weiter bis zum Leuchtturm Sommers 
kommt sehr dichtes 30-45 cm dickes Eis vor, dann 
sehr dichtes bis dichtes 20-35 cm dickes Eis. - Im 
3erkezund liegt 40-55 cm dickes Festeis, in der 
Einfahrt sehr dichtes 30-45 cm dickes Eis. - In der 
_ugabucht 25-40 cm dickes Festeis bis zur Breite 
von Kap Luto, anschließend dichtes 25-40 cm 
dickes Eis. In der Copora Bucht 25-40 cm dickes 
Festeis an der Küste, dann kommt sehr dichtes 25- 
40 cm dickes Eis vor. 
Schärenmeer 
In den inneren Schären liegt 30-50 cm dickes Fest- 
eis, in den äußeren Schären 15-35 cm dickes 
ebenes Eis und zusammenhängendes Treibeis bis 
Utö. 
Älandsee 
Zwischen Understen und Märket sowie weiter in SE- 
'iche Richtung liegt dichtes 5-20 cm dickes Treibeis. 
Sonst kommt auf See offenes Wasser und sehr 
lockeres Eis vor. 
Gulf of Finland 
Estonian Coast: In The Bight of Narva there is fast 
ce near the coast and very close 10-20 cm thick ice 
farther out. In the Kunda Bay there is close dark 
nilas, in the Muuga Bay and in the Tallinn Bay there 
's very close 15-30 cm thick ice. At sea east of 
Dsmussaar there is close to very close 20-35 cm 
Ihick ice, west of it open 10-25 cm thick ice occurs. 
- Finnish Coast: In the archipelagos there is 20-50 
zm thick fast ice. Farther out there is new ice in the 
western part. In the eastern part there is very open 
ice and new ice in a 5-25 nm wide lead, followed by 
very close 15-40 cm thick ice. - Russian Coast: In 
the harbours of St. Petersburg there is fast ice. 
Farther westwards on the fairway 45-65 cm thick fast 
ice occurs to Kotlin, then very close 30-45 cm thick 
ice to MoSgnyj, followed by very close 20-35 cm thick 
ce. - The Vyborg Bay is covered with 45-60 cm thick 
fast ice, followed by very close 30-45 cm thick ice up 
to the lighthouse Sommers. Farther out there is very 
3lose to close 20-35 cm thick ice. - In Berkezund 
there is 40-55 cm thick fast ice, in the entrance 
here is very close 30-45 cm thick ice. - In the Luga 
Bay there is 25-40 cm thick fast ice up to the 
'atitude of Cape Luto, farther out there is close 25- 
40 cm thick ice. In the Copora Bay 25-40 cm thick 
fast ice along the coast, farther out there is very 
"lose 25-40 cm thick ice. 
Archipelago Sea 
There is 30-50 cm thick fast ice in the inner 
archipelago. In the outer skerries, 15-35 cm thick 
level ice and consolidated drift ice to Utö. 
Sea of Äland 
Between Understen and Märket and farther to the 
southeast there is close 5-20 cm thick drift ice. Else 
at sea there is open water and very open ice. 
Bottensee 
Finnische Küste: In den Schären liegt 25-60 cm 
dickes Festeis. Außerhalb der Festeiskante erstreckt 
sich ein Gebiet mit kompaktem 10-30 cm dicken Eis, 
welches stark aufgepresst ist. Anschließend liegt 
etwa bis zur Linie Norrskär — Finngrundet — 
Söderhamn sehr dichtes 5-30 cm dickes Eis mit 
großen offenen Bereichen dazwischen. - 
Schwedische Küste: Im N-Teil meist Neueis, weiter 
S-wärts auf 40-60 sm offenes Wasser. In der Gävle 
Bucht liegt außerhalb von Västra Banken und N-lich 
von Grundkallen dichtes und sehr dichtes 15-30 cm 
dickes Eis. NE-lich von Grundkallen kommen 
schwere Presseisrücken vor. Der Ängermanälven ist 
mit bis zu 50 cm dickem Festeis bedeckt. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Finnish Coast: In the archipelago 25-60 cm thick 
fast ice occurs. Off the fast ice edge there is a zone 
af compact 10-30 cm thick ice, which is heavily 
‘idged. Farther out there is approximately to the line 
Norrskär — Finngrundet - Söderhamn very close 5- 
30 cm thick ice with large open areas in-between. - 
Swedish Coast: In the northern part mostly new 
ice, farther southwards for 40-60 nm open water 
dccurs. In the Gävle bight there is close and very 
zlose ice outside of Västra Banken and north of 
Grundkallen. Heavy ridges occur northeast of 
Grundkallen. The Angermanälven is covered with 
up to 50 cm thick fast ice.

Finnische Küste: Von Vaasa bis Norra Gloppsten 
jegt 35-60 cm dickes Festeis. Außerhalb davon 
Norra Kvarken 
Finnish Coast: Between Vaasa and MNorra
