Eis und Neueis vor. In vielen Fjorden entlang der 
Küste liegt dichtes bis kompaktes 5-30 cm dickes 
Eis und bis zu 50 cm dickes Festeis. - Schwedische 
Küste: In den Schären und geschützten Buchten 
kommt 10-25 cm dickes Festeis vor. Im Skagerrak 
‘reiben auf See zwischen Vinga und Strömstad 
Streifen mit Eisbrei und bis zu 15 cm dicke 
Eisschollen. Im Kattegat erstrecken sich entlang der 
Küste zwischen Hallands Väderö und Götteburg 
Gürtel mit Eisbrei und dichtem, bis zu 10 cm dicken 
Eis. Im Oresund treiben Eisbreistreifen.

Dänische Küste: In den Häfen auf der Insel 
Bornholm kommt Neueis und Eisbildung vor. - 
Deutsche Küste: Die innere Flensburger Fjorde ist 
nit 5-10 cm dickem Eis bedeckt. In den Häfen und 
Förden der Kieler Bucht liegt dünnes Eis und 
Neueis, die Schlei ist mit 15-20 cm dickem Eis 
bedeckt. An den Küsten der Insel Fehmarn Neueis 
und Eisbildung. In den Häfen der Lübecker Bucht 
‘ockeres bis sehr dichtes 10-15 cm dickes Eis, an 
den Küsten sehr dichtes dünnes Eis und in der 
inneren Bucht offenes Wasser. Bei Wismar dichtes 
bis kompaktes 15-30 cm dickes Eis. In den 
Rostocker Seehäfen sehr dichtes bis sehr lockeres 
5-15cm dickes Eis. Von Warnemünde bis 
Hiddensee kommt entlang der Küste offenes 
Wasser oder Neueis vor. 20-30 cm dickes Festeis 
‘jegt in den inneren Boddengewässern und im Haff, 
sowie an den Küsten des Greifswalder Boddens. Im 
inneren Greifswalder Bodden überwiegend sehr 
dichtes bis kompaktes 20-40 cm dickes Eis, in den 
Außenbereichen dichtes Treibeis und Neueis. In der 
Pommerschen Bucht treibt auf See und stellenweise 
an den Küsten lockeres bis dichtes 10-15 cm dickes 
Eis. - Litauische Küste: Im Hafen von Klaipeda 
ockerer, in der Einfahrt sehr lockerer, langsam NW- 
wärts treibender Eisbrei. In Fahrwassern offenes 
Wasser, an der Küste liegt N-lich von Klaipeda 
‚ockerer, S-lich davon sehr dichter Eisbrei. Das 
Kurische Haff ist mit 45-60 cm dickem Festeis 
vedeckt. - Polnische Küste: Im Stettiner Haff liegt 
30-40 cm dickes Festeis, im Fahrwasser Szczecin — 
Swinoujscie kommt sehr dichtes, zerbrochenes 25- 
30cm dickes Eis vor. Im Hafen Szczecin sehr 
dichtes 15-30 cm dickes Eis, im Hafen Swinoujscie 
offenes Wasser, in der Pommerschen Bucht im 
Fahrwasser dichtes 10-15 cm dickes Eis. In allen 
Häfen entlang der Küste dichtes bis lockeres bis zu 
15 cm dickes Eis oder Neueis. 
Mittlere und Nördliche Ostsee 
Estnische Küste: Vor der Küste von Saaremaa und 
Hiiumaa kommt lockeres dünnes Eis vor. - 
Lettische Küste: Im Hafen Ventspils lockeres 5-10 
cm dickes Eis. Im Hafen von Liepaja dichtes Eis. In 
den Fahrwassern dichtes bis lockeres dünnes Eis. - 
Western and Southern Baltic 
Danish Coast: In the harbours of island Bornholm

Coast: The inner fjord of Flensburg is covered with 
5-10 cm thick ice. In the harbours and fjords of the 
Bight of Kiel there is thin ice and new ice, the

very open shuga drifting slowly northwestwards. 
On the fairways there is open water, along the 
coast north of Klaipeda there is open, south of it 
very close shuga. The Courland Lagoon is covered 
with 45-60 cm thick fast ice. - Polish Coast: In 
Szczecin Lagoon there is 30-40 cm thick fast ice; 
on the fairway Szczecin — Swinouj$cie there is very 
slose broken 25-30 cm thick ice. In the port of 
Szczecin there is very close 15-30 cm thick ice, in 
the port of SwinoujsScie there is open water. In the 
Pomeranian Bight close 10-15 cm thick ice on the 
‘airway. In all ports along the coast there is close to 
apen up to 15 cm thick ice or new ice. 
Central and Northern Baltic 
Estonian Coast: Off the coast of Saaremaa and
