Bottensee 
Finnische Küste: In den Schären liegt 15-40 cm 
dickes Festeis, außerhalb davon kommt auf etwa 5- 
15 sm lockeres dünnes Eis und Neueis vor. - 
Schwedische Küste: In den Schären liegt 20-40 cm 
dickes Festeis. Im Norden zwischen Ästholmsudde 
und Sydostbrotten dichtes bis sehr dichtes 10-30 cm 
dickes Eis. S-lich von Astholmsudde kommt entlang 
der Küste ebenes Eis und Eisbrei vor. In der 
Gävlebucht zwischen Hällgrund und Grundkallen ein 
Gürtel mit dichtem 10-35 cm dicken Eis. Der 
Angermanälv ist mit bis zu 50 cm dickem Festeis 
bedeckt. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Finnish Coast: In the archipelagos there is 15-40

Finnische Küste: Von Vaasa bis Norra Gloppsten 
25-45 cm dickes Fest. Außerhalb davon bis etwa zur 
Breite von Härnösand dichtes 5-20 cm dickes Eis 
und Neueis. - Schwedische Küste: W-lich von 
Holmöarna 20-50 cm dickes Festeis, außerhalb 
davon kommt dichtes bis sehr dichtes bis zu 30 cm 
dickes Eis mit einigen Presseisrücken vor. 
Bottenvik 
Vollständig eisbedeckt. 
Finnische Küste: Die nördlichen Schären sind mit 
30-60 cm, die südlichen Schären mit 20-40 cm 
dickem Festeis bedeckt. Außerhalb des Festeises 
liegt im Norden bis zu der Linie Raahe — Nygrän zu- 
sammenhängendes, stark aufgepresstes 25-50 cm 
dickes Eis. Von Merikallat bis Nahkiainen ebenes 
Eis. Sonst kommt sehr dichtes, übereinanderge- 
schobenes 10-40 cm dickes Eis vor. - Schwedische 
Küste: In den N-lichen inneren Schären 25-50 cm 
dickes Festeis. Auf See liegt im Norden zusammen- 
hängendes, bis zu 50 cm dickes Eis. Zwischen 
Norströmsgrund und Merikallat kommen schwierige 
Presseisrücken und kleine Bereiche mit Neueis vor. 
in der Bucht von Skellefteä 10-30 cm dickes ebenes 
Eis mit einigen Spalten, in denen Neueis vorkommt. 
Bei Rata Storgrund dichtes bis sehr dichtes 10-30 
cm dickes Eis mit einigen gröberen Schollen und 
Presseisrücken. Im S-Teil kommt sehr dichtes 10-30 
cm diekes Eis vor. 
Norra Kvarken

Voraussichtliche Eisentwicklung 
In den nächsten drei Tagen wird das Wetter im 
Ostseeraum weiterhin durch Kaltluft beeinflusst. Im 
N-lichen Ostseeraum ist bei mäßigem bis starkem 
Frost und schwachen Winden mit einer langsamen 
Eiszunahme zu rechnen. Im südlichen Ostseeraum 
werden die windbedingten Anderungen der Eislage 
vorherrschen. Das bewegliche Eis wird S-wärts bis 
SW-wärts treiben, an den Luvküsten und in den S- 
lichen Abschnitten der Fahrwasser sind 
Aufpressungen möglich. 
Expected Ice Development 
During the next three days, cold air will further on

ice increase is expected in the northern region of 
he Baltic Sea. In the southern region of the Baltic
