Übersicht 
Die Eispressungen in der N-lichen Bottenvik und an 
der N-Küste des Finnischen Meerbusens haben 
nachgelassen. 
Overview 
The Ice pressure in the northern part of the Bay of 
Bothnia and off the northern coast of the Gulf of 
Finland has decreased. 
Wegen der Eislage würden einige Verkehrs- 
trennungsgebiete im Finnischen Meerbusen 
außer Kraft gesetzt. In Norwegen sind erste 
Schifffahrtsbegrenzungen in Kraft. 
Nordsee 
Niederländische Küste: Im Bereich Eems 
zwischen Oterdum und Huibertgat treiben einzelne 
<«leine 5-10cm dicke Eisschollen. - Dänische 
Küste: Im Limfjord und bei Ringkoping kommt bis 
iber 30 cm dickes Festeis vor. - Deutsche Küste: 
Im ostfriesischen Wattenmeer offenes Wasser, nur 
stellenweise lockeres dünnes Eis. Im Hafen Emden 
sehr dichtes dünnes Eis, in Bremerhaven treibt 
stellenweise lockeres Eis. Im Nordostseekanal sehr 
ockeres bis sehr dichtes Eis, etwa 15cm dick. Auf 
der Elbe sehr dichtes bis kompaktes Eis, 15-30 cm 
dick zwischen Hamburg und Stadersand und 10-15 
cm dick bis Glückstadt. Bei Brunsbüttel lockeres 10- 
15 cm dickes Eis, danach überwiegend eisfrei. Im 
1ordfriesischen Wattenmeer lockeres und sehr 
ockeres 5-15cm dickes Eis, in Häfen und 
geschützten Bereichen dichtes bis kompaktes 5- 
30cm dickes Eis. 
Due to the ice situation some of the traffic 
separation schemes in the Gulf of Finland are 
temporarily out of use. In Norway there are first 
traffic restrictions. 
North Sea 
Dutch Coast: In the area of Eems between 
Oterdum and Huibertgat some small 5-10 cm thick 
ice floes are drifting. - Danish Coast: In the 
Limfjord and near Ringkoping there is up to over 
30cm thick fast ice. - German Coast: In the 
Eastfrisian Wadden Sea open water, only in 
scattered places thin ice. In Emden Port very close 
thin ice, in Bremerhaven open ice is drifting in 
places. On the Kiel Canal very open to close ice, 
about 15cm thick. On the river Elbe very close to 
compact ice, 10-30 cm thick between the harbours 
af Hamburg and Stadersand and 10-15 cm thick to 
Glückstadt. At Brunsbüttel open 10-15cm thick ice, 
further out mostly ice free. In the Northfrisian 
Wadden Sea there is open and very open 5-15cm 
thick ice, in harbours and sheltered regions close to 
compact 5-30cm thick ice. 
Skagerrak, Kattegat und Öresund 
Dänische Küste: In kleineren Häfen und geschützt 
liegenden und flachen Küstengewässern kommt 10- 
30 cm dickes Eis vor. Im Fehmarnbelt treibt vor der 
Skagerrak, Kattegat and Öresund 
Danish Coast: In small harbours and sheltered 
and shallow coastal waters there is 10-30 cm thick 
ice. In the Fehmarn belt there is ice drifting outside
