Übersicht 
Die Eisverhältnisse im gesamten Ostseeraum haben 
sich seit gestern wenig verändert. 
Overview 
Ice conditions in the whole region of the Baltic Sea 
have not changed very much since yesterday. 
North Sea 
Dutch Coast: In the area of Eems between 
Oterdum and Eemshaven some small 5-10 cm 
thick ice floes are drifting. - Danish Coast: 10-15 
cm thick, in some places also somewhat thicker, 
ice is present in some harbours and sheltered 
regions. In the Ringkebing harbour there is over 15 
cm thick fast ice and navigation is temporarily 
closed. - German Coast: At the Eastfrisian coast, 
an the Ems and Weser there is some thin ice or 
new ice. On the river Elbe there is close 5-15 cm 
thick ice in the harbour of Hamburg and between 
Hamburg and Stadersand, farther to Cuxhaven thin 
ice or new ice is drifting, in places. In small 
harbours and sheltered inner waters of the 
Northfrisian coast there is 5-10 cm thick ice or new 
ice. In harbour Tönning compact brash ice, about 
20 cm thick. occurs. 
Nordsee 
Niederländische Küste: Im Bereich Eems 
zwischen Oterdum und Eemshaven treiben einzelne 
<leine 5-10cm dicke Eisschollen. - Dänische 
Küste: In einigen Häfen und geschützten Gebieten 
<ommt 10-15cm dickes, vereinzelt auch etwas 
dickeres, Eis vor. Im Ringkobing Hafen ist bei über 
15 cm dicken Festeis die Schifffahrt eingestellt. - 
Deutsche Küste: An der ostfriesischen Küste, auf 
der Ems und Weser kommt geringfügiges dünnes 
Eis oder Neueis vor. Auf der Elbe kommt dichtes 5- 
15cm dickes Eis im Hamburger Hafen und 
zwischen Hamburg und Stadersand vor, weiter treibt 
bis Cuxhaven örtlich dünnes Eis und Neueis. In 
<leineren Häfen und geschützten Innengewässern 
der Nordfriesischen Küste kommt 5-10 cm dickes 
Eis oder Neueis vor. Im Hafen von Tönning liegt zu- 
sammengeschobenes, etwa 20 cm dickes Trümmer- 
eis. 
Skagerrak und Kattegat 
Dänische Küste: In kleineren Häfen und geschützt 
jegenden und flachen Küstengewässern kommt 10- 
15 cm dickes, vereinzelt auch etwas dickeres, Eis 
vor. Etwas Neueis tritt auch im Seegebiet nördlich 
Jnd südlich von Skagen auf. - Norwegische Küste: 
Im inneren Bereich des Hafens Oslo tritt örtlich sehr 
ockeres Neueis auf. Im Mossesund und Drammens- 
fjord liegt 15-50 cm dickes, sehr dichtes oder 
zusammengeschobenes Eis. In dem Bereich 
Skagerrak and Kattegat

and shallow coastal waters there is 10-15 cm thick, 
in some places also somewhat thicker, ice. Some 
new ice occurs also in the sea area north and 
south of Skagen. - Norwegian Coast: In the inner 
harbour of Oslo there is very open new ice in 
places. In Mossesund and Drammensfijord there is 
very close or compact, 15-50 cm thick ice. In the 
Tonsberg area there is open 5-15cm thick ice, in
