Estonia 
Icebreaker: EVA-316 is assisting to Pärnu Bay, no service for tugs and barges. 
Finland 
Icebreaker: KONTIO and OTSO assist in the northern Bay of Bothnia and URHO in the central Bay of 
3othnia. FENNICA assists in the southern Sea of Bothnia. VOIMA assists in the eastern Gulf of Finland. 
_ETTO assists in the Saimaa Canal and in the southern Lake Saimaa, PROTECTOR in the northern Lake 
Saimaa and METEOR in the central Lake Saimaa. 
Germany 
Southern Peenestrom, river Peene and Kleines Haff are closed for navigation. Navigation in the northern and 
eastern approaches to Stralsund is possible only during the daytime. 
Icebreaker: ARKONA is assisting in Greifswalder Bodden. RANZOW assists in northern approach to Stralsund. 
JOHANNES DALMANN, HEINRICH HÜBBE, HOFE, OTTO STOCKHAUSEN, CHRISTIAN NEHLES, 
JAFENBAU 2, TWIELENFLETH and HETLINGEN are assisting in the port of Hamburg. 
Norway 
In the area of Drammensfjorden navigation is possible with icebreaker assistance. Navigation in Langärsund is 
'‚emporarily closed. In the area of Tromgysund navigation is possible with icebreaker assistance. 
Russia 
Tow boat-barges are not assisted to St. Petersburg. 
Icebreaker: Icebreakers IVAN KRUZENSTERN and KARU assist low-powered vessels in the port of St. 
Petersburg. In the ports Vyborg and Vysotsk low-powered vessels are assisted by icebreakers KAPITAN 
IZMAILOW and TOR. ERMAK is working in the port of Primorsk and MUDJUG in the port Ust Luga.
