Finnischer Meerbusen 
Estnische Küste: In den Narva-, Kunda- und 
Muugabucht kommt in der Küstennähe lockeres bis 
sehr lockeres dünnes Treibeis vor. - Finnische 
Küste: In den inneren Schären liegt dünnes Festeis, 
anschließend kommt auf 3-15 sm dünnes ebenes 
Eis, Neueis and Eisbildung vor. Saimaasee: Im 
Nordteil liegt 20-25 cm dickes, im mittleren und 
südlichen Teil sowie im Kanal 15-20 cm dickes Eis. - 
Russische Küste: In den Häfen von St. Petersburg 
jegt Festeis. Weiter westwärts kommt im 
Fahrwasser bis zur Länge von Kotlin 15-30 cm 
dickes Festeis, dann bis zur Länge vom Kap 
Dubovskij sehr dichtes 15-20 cm dickes Eis und bis 
Seskar lockeres bis sehr lockeres 10-20 cm dickes 
Eis vor. - Die innere Vyborgbucht ist mit 20-30 cm 
dickem Festeis bedeckt. Außerhalb davon liegt bis 
zur Breite der Insel Bol'Soj Ber'ozovyj sehr dichtes 
15-20 cm dickes Eis, dann bis zum Leuchtturm 
Nerva dichtes bis lockeres 15-20 cm dickes Treibeis. 
Im Berkezund liegt 12-22 cm dickes Festeis und in 
der Einfahrt sehr dichtes 15-20 cm dickes Eis. - An 
den Küsten der Copora- und Luga Bucht liegt 10-15 
cm dickes Festeis, in den Einfahrten treibt lockeres 
bis sehr lockeres Eis. 
Schärenmeer 
In den inneren Schären liegt 5-30 cm dickes Festeis, 
anschließend Neueis. 
Bottensee 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären liegt 
dünnes Festeis, weiter außerhalb kommt sehr 
dichtes dünnes Eis und Neueis vor. - Schwedische 
Küste: In den nördlichen Schären liegt 10-20 cm 
dickes Festeis. Auf See kommt nördlich von 
Aärnösand auf 15 sm lockeres dünnes Eis, Neueis 
Und Eisbrei vor. Weiter südwärts tritt in geschützten 
3uchten dünnes Festeis auf. In der Gävle Bucht liegt 
bis Eggegrund zusammengeschobenes 5-15 cm 
dickes Trümmereis und ein Gürtel aus gefrorenen 
Eisbreiklümpchen. Der Ängermanälv ist mit 15- 
25 cm dickem Festeis bedeckt. 
Norra Kvarken 
Auf See kommt Neueis und sehr dichtes 5-20 cm 
dickes Eis vor. 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären liegt 
zwischen Vaasa und Ensten 10-25cm dickes 
Festeis, außerhalb davon kommt bis westlich von 
N\orrskär ebenes Eis, Neueis und sehr dichtes 
dünnes Treibeis vor. - Schwedische Küste: 
Bedeckt mit dünnem ebenen Eis oder Neueis. 
Bottenvik 
Vollständig eisbedeckt. 
Finnische Küste: Die nördlichen inneren Schären 
sind mit 20-35 cm dickem Festeis, die südlichen 
Schären mit 10-30 cm dickem ebenen Eis bedeckt. 
Außerhalb Oulu kommt bis Oulu 3 10-20 cm dickes 
ebenes Eis vor. Auf See liegt sehr dichtes 5-25 cm

Gulf of Finland 
Estonian Coast: In the Narva, Kunda and Muuga 
Bays there is open to very open thin ice near the 
coasts. - Finnish Coast: In the inner archipelagos 
‘here is thin fast ice. Off the fast ice there is for 3- 
15 nm thin level ice, new ice and ice formation. 
Lake Saimaa: In the northern part there is 20- 
25 cm, in the middle and southern part as well as in 
Canal 15-20 cm thick ice. - Russian Coast: In the 
harbours of St. Petersburg there is fast ice. Farther 
westwards on the fairway 15-30 cm thick fast ice 
occurs to the longitude of Kotlin, followed by 15- 
20 cm thick very close ice up to the longitude of 
Cape Dubovskij and open to very open 10-20 cm 
*hick ice up to Seskar. - The inner Vyborg Bay is 
zovered with 20-30 cm thick fast ice. Farther out 
there is 15-20 cm thick very close ice to the latitude 
of island Bol'Soj Ber'ozovyj, then close to open 15- 
20 cm thick drift ice to the lighthouse Nerva. - In 
Berkezund there is 12-22 cm thick fast ice, in the 
antrance there is very close 15-20 cm thick ice. - 
Along the coasts of the Copora Bay and the Luga 
Bay there is 10-15 cm thick fast ice, in the entrance 
to bays open to very open ice is drifting. 
Archipelago Sea 
In the inner archipelagos there is 5-30 cm thick fast 
ice, farther off new ice. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Finnish Coast: In the inner archipelagos there is 
‘hin fast ice, farther out there is very close thin ice 
and new ice. - Swedish Coast: In the northern 
archipelagos there is 10-20 cm thick fast ice. At 
sea there is north of Härnösand for 15 nm open 
*hin ice, new ice and shuga. Farther southwards 
‘here is thin fast ice in sheltered bays. In the Gävle 
Bight compact 5-15 cm thick brash ice and a belt 
af frozen shuga occurs up to Eggegrund. The 
Ängermanälv is covered with 15-25 thick fast ice. 
Norra Kvarken 
At sea new ice and very close 5-20 cm thick ice 
OCccurs. 
Finnish Coast: In the inner archipelago there is 
10-25 cm thick fast ice between Vaasa and Ensten, 
“arther out there is to the west of Norrskär level ice, 
new ice and very close thin drift ice. - Swedish 
Coast: Covered with thin level ice or new ice. 
Bay of Bothnia 
Totally ice covered. 
Finnish Coast: The northern inner archipelagos 
are covered with 20-35cm thick fast ice, the 
southern archipelagos with 10-30 cm thick level
