Übersicht 
Das Eis im nördlichen Ostseeraum trieb während 
des Wochenendes nordwärts bis nordwestwärts. An 
der finnischen Küste der südlichen Bottenvik und in 
der Narvabucht im Finnischen Meerbusen haben 
sich breite Rinnen gebildet. 
Skagerrak, Kattegat und Beltsee 
Dänische Küste: In den kleinen Häfen und 
geschützten Buchten kommt dünnes Eis oder 
Neueis vor. - Norwegische Küste: In einigen 
geschützten Buchten kommt sehr lockeres dünnes 
Eis, Im Mossesund offenes Wasser vor. Im Hafen 
von Oslo stellenweise dichtes etwa 5 cm dickes Eis 
Im Drammensfjord liegt 15-30 cm dickes Festeis; 
Schifffahrt ist nur für Schiffe mit hoher Maschinen- 
eistung möglich. Im Larviksfjord treibt 5-10 cm 
dickes lockeres Eis. Im Bereich Kragerg kommt in 
Jomfrulandsrenna sehr dichtes 5-10 cm dickes 
Treibeis, im Skätoysund und Kragerefjorden sehr 
dichtes 15-30 cm dickes Treibeis, im Langärsund 
30-50 cm dickes Festeis vor. Im Kilsfjorden und im 
Aellefjorden 30-50 cm dickes zusammengescho- 
benes oder sehr dichtes Treibeis; Schifffahrt verläuft 
n einer Rinne ohne Eisbrecherunterstützung. Im 
Bereich Arendal treibt im Tromgysund lockeres 10- 
15 cm dickes Eis. - Schwedische Küste: In den ge- 
schützten Buchten und Häfen nördlich von Göteborg 
treibt lockeres dünnes Eis und Neueis. - Vänersee: 
An der Nordküste und in der Vänersborgsviken liegt 
10-25 cm dickes Festeis. Weiter außerhalb kommt 
an den Küsten Neueis und Neueisbildung vor. Im 
Südteil der Vänersborgsviken hat sich eine Rinne 
geöffnet. Auf See eisfrei.

Overview 
The ice in the northern region of the Baltic Sea has 
drifted northwards to northwestwards during the 
week-end. At the Finnish coast in the southern Bay 
of Bothnia and in the Bight of Narva wide leads 
have opened. 
Skagerrak, Kattegat and Belt Sea 
Danish coast: In small harbours and sheltered 
bays there is thin ice or new ice. - Norwegian 
Coast: In some sheltered bays there is very open 
‘hin ice, in Mossesund open water. In Oslo Harbour 
‘here is close about 5 cm thick ice in places. In 
Jrammensfjorden there is 15-30 cm thick fast ice; 
navigation is possible only for high-powered 
vessels. In Larviksfjorden open 5-10 cm thick ice is 
drifting. In the Kragerg region there is very close 5- 
‚0 cm thick drift ice in Jomfrulandsrenna, very 
close 15-30 cm thick drift ice in Skätoysund and in 
Kragerefjorden, 30-50 cm thick fast ice in 
Langärsund. In Kilsfjorden and Hellefjorden there is 
very close or compact 30-50 cm thick drift ice; 
navigation proceeds in lead without the assistance 
af an icebreaker. In the Arendal region open 10-15 
cm thick ice is drifting in Tromgysund. - Swedish 
Coast: In the sheltered bays and harbours north of 
Göteborg thin ice and new ice is drifting. - Lake 
Vänern: At the <northern coast and in 
Vänersborgsviken there is 10-25 cm thick fast ice. 
7arther off there is new ice and new ice formation 
along the coasts. A lead has opened in the 
southern part of the Vänersborgsviken. At sea ice
