Norway 
Navigation in Langärsund (Kragero) is temporarily closed 
Russia 
Tow boat-barges are not assisted to St. Petersburg and Primorsk. 
Icebreaker: Low-powered vessels to St. Petersburg can be assisted at need by port icebreakers SEMYAN 
DEZNEV, YURI LISYANSKI, IVAN KRUZENSTERN, KAPITAN ZARUBIN and MUDJUG, in the port 
Primorsk by icebreaker ERMAK and in the ports Vyborg and Vysotsk by icebreaker KAPITAN IZMAILOV.
