Finnischer Meerbusen 
Estnische Küste: In der Narvabucht treibt in der 
«üstennähe sehr lockeres dünnes Eis. - Finnische 
Küste: In den westlichen Schären 10-25 cm dickes, 
morsch werdendes Festeis. Außerhalb davon treibt 
örtlich lockeres dünnes Eis. In den östlichen 
Schären liegt 15-30 cm dickes Festeis, außerhalb 
davon kommt örtlich dichtes bis lockeres 10-25 cm 
dickes Eis vor. - Russische Küste: In den Häfen 
von St. Petersburg lockeres bis sehr lockeres 20-30 
cm dickes Eis. Weiter westwärts kommt im 
Fahrwasser erst bis zur Länge von Kronstadt 
ockeres bis sehr lockeres 30-45 cm dickes Eis, 
dann bis zur Westspitze von Kotlin dichtes 30-40 cm 
dickes Eis und bis zur Länge vom Kap Dolgij 
(Copora Bay) offenes Wasser vor. Anschließend tritt 
bis zur Länge von Ust-Luga lockeres 10-25 cm 
dickes Treibeis und bis zur Länge 27°30' E dichtes 
10-25 cm dickes Treibeis auf. Westlich davon 
kommt bis zur Länge von Gogland offenes Wasser 
vor. - Die Vyborgbucht ist mit 30-45 cm dickem 
Festeis bedeckt, außerhalb davon kommt bis Halli 
offenes Wasser, dann lockeres 10-25 cm dickes 
Treibeis vor. - Der Berkezund ist mit 15-30 cm 
dickem Festeis bedeckt, außerhalb davon kommt bis 
zur Breite 60°15' N offenes Wasser, dann lockeres 
10-25 cm dickes Treibeis vor. - In der Luga Bucht 
treibt sehr lockeres Eis, in der Copora Bucht kommt 
offenes Wasser vor. 
Älandsee 
In geschützten Buchten und Schären kommt 
lockeres dünnes Eis und Eisbrei vor. 
Schärenmeer 
In den Zufahrten nach Korra und Lohm offenes 
Wasser sowie stellenweise sehr lockeres dünnes 
Eis. Sonst kommt in den Schären morsches ebenes 
Eis vor. 
Bottensee 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären liegt 15- 
40 cm dickes Festeis. Außerhalb davon treibt örtlich 
sehr lockeres und dichtes dünnes Eis. - 
Schwedische Küste: In den inneren Buchten und 
Häfen liegt bis zu 25 cm, auf dem Ängermanälven 
30-50 cm dickes Festeis. Auf See kommt zwischen 
Järnäsudde und Skagsudde ein 2-10 sm breites 
Gebiet mit dichtem Treibeis und Eisbrei vor. Dicht an 
der Küste treibt lockeres dünnes Eis, sonst auf See 
eisfrei. 
Norra Kvarken 
Finnische Küste: Zwischen Vaasa und Ensten liegt 
20-45 cm dickes Festeis, außerhalb davon kommt 
bis Norrskär offenes Wasser, dann lockeres dünnes 
Treibeis vor. - Schwedische Küste: In den Buchten 
und Häfen entlang der Küste und westlich von 
Gulf of Finland 
Estonian Coast: In the Bay of Narva very open 
thin ice is drifting near the coast. - Finnish Coast: 
In the western archipelago there is 10-25 cm thick 
rottening fast ice. Farther off open thin ice is drifting 
in places. In the eastern archipelago there is 15-30 
cm thick fast ice, farther out there is close to open 
10-25 cm thick ice in places. - Russian Coast: In 
the harbours of St. Petersburg there is open to very 
open 20-30 cm thick ice. Farther westwards on the 
fairway there is open to very open 30-45 cm thick ice 
up to the longitude of Kronstadt followed by close 30- 
40 cm thick ice up to the western point of Kotlin and 
apen water up to the longitude of Cape Dolgij 
(Copora Bay). Farther westwards there is open 10- 
25 cm thick drift ice up to the longitude of Ust-Luga 
and close 10-25 cm thick ice up to the longitude 
27°30' E. West of it open water occurs up to the 
‚ongitude of Gogland. - The Vyborg Bay is covered 
‚with 30-45 cm thick fast ice. Farther off there is first 
open water to Halli, then open 10-25 cm thick ice. - 
In the Berkezund there is 15-30 cm thick fast ice. 
Farther out there is first open water up to the latitude 
60°15' N, then open 10-25 cm thick ice occurs. - In 
the Luga Bay very open ice is drifting, in the Copora 
Bay there is open water. 
Sea of Äland 
In sheltered bays and archipelagos there is open 
thin ice and shuga. 
Archipelago Sea 
in the fairways to Korra and Lohm there is open 
water as well as very open thin ice in places, Else 
rotten level ice occurs in the archipelagos. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Finnish Coast: There is 15-40 cm thick fast ice in 
the inner archipelago. Farther out very open to 
close thin ice is drifting in places. - Swedish 
Coast: In the inner bays and harbours there is up 
to 25 cm, on the Ängermanälven 30-50 cm thick 
fast ice. At sea between Järnäsudde and 
Skagsudde there is a 2-10 nm wide area of close 
drift ice and shuga. Near the coast open thin ice is 
drifting, else at sea ice free. 
Norra Kvarken 
Finnish Coast: Between Vaasa and Ensten there 
is 20-45 cm thick fast ice, farther out open water 
accurs to Norrskär, then open thin ice is drifting. - 
Swedish Coast: In bays and harbours along the 
coast and the west of Holmöarna there is 20-40 cm
