bis zur Linie Porkkala — RodSer Neueis und 
\eueisbildung. - Russische Küste: In den Häfen 
von St. Petersburg dichtes 15-30 cm dickes Eis. 
Weiter westwärts liegt im Fahrwasser bis zur Länge 
von Kronstadt 25-40 cm dickes Festeis. Weiter 
westwärts kommt bis zur Länge von Kap Seraja 
_oshad dichtes 15-35 cm dickes Eis, dann sehr 
dichtes 15-35 cm dickes Eis bis zur Länge von Kap 
Jstinskij und weiter bis zur Länge von Mo$SCnyj sehr 
dichtes 10-25 cm dickes Eis vor. Anschließend tritt 
ockeres 10-15 cm dickes Eis bis zur Länge von 
30l'Soj T'uters und Neueis bis zur Länge von 
Gogland auf. - Die Vyborgbucht ist mit 25-35 cm 
dickem Festeis bedeckt, außerhalb davon kommt 
*0-25 cm dickes Eis vor: bis zur Breite des 
_euchtturms Rondo sehr dichtes Eis, weiter bis 
5022' N dichtes Eis, dann bis 6005' N sehr dichte s 
Eis. - Im Berkezund liegt 10-20 cm dickes Festeis. In 
der Zufahrt ist das Eis 10-25 cm dick, zuerst kommt 
bis 6008' N dichtes Eis und danach sehr dichtes 
Eis. - In der Luga und Corpora Bucht liegt an den 
«üsten 10-15 cm dickes Festeis, außerhalb davon 
kommt zusammengeschobenes und sehr dichtes 
10-15 cm dickes Eis vor. 
Älandsee 
in geschützten Buchten und Schären liegt dünnes 
ebenes Eis oder Neueis. 
Schärenmeer 
Ebenes 5-15 cm dickes Eis uns Neueis bis 
3erghamn im Süden und bis Isokari im Norden.

zovered with 25-35 cm thick fast ice, farther off there 
is 10-25 cm thick ice, which is very close up to the 
jatitude of the lighthouse Rondo, then till 6022' N 
slose and then very close to 6005' N. - In the 
Berkezund there is 10-20 cm thick fast ice. In the 
antrance the ice is 10-25 cm thick, first close ice till 
5008' N and farther out very close ice. - In the Luga 
Bay and the Corpora Bay there is 10-15 cm thick fast 
ice along the coasts, farther out compact and very 
close 10-15 cm thick ice occurs. 
Sea of Äland 
In sheltered bays and archipelagos there is thin 
level ice or new ice. 
Archipelago Sea 
Level 5-15 cm thick ice and new ice to Berghamn 
in the South and to Isokari in the North. 
Bottensee 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären liegt 10- 
30 cm dickes Festeis, außerhalb davon auf 5-15 sm 
dünnes Treibeis und Neueis. - Schwedische Küste: 
in den inneren Buchten und Häfen liegt 15-30 cm 
dickes ebenes Eis. Außerhalb davon kommt nördlich 
von Sundsvall ein 22 sm breites Gebiet mit dichtem 
5-15 cm dicken Treibeis, südlich davon bis zur 
Gävle Bucht entlang der Küste dünnes ebenes Eis 
Jnd Neueis vor. In der Gävle Bucht ist das Eis zum 
Teil aufgepresst. Der Angermanälv ist mit 20-50 cm 
dickem Festeis bedeckt. Auf See eisfrei. 
Norra Kvarken 
Vollkommen eisbedeckt. 
Finnische Küste: Zwischen Vaasa und Ensten liegt 
20-30 cm dickes Festeis, anschließend kommt bis 
Norrskär zusammenhängendes 15-20 cm dickes Eis 
Ind ebenes Eis vor. - Schwedische Küste: In den 
3uchten und Häfen entlang der Küste liegt 20-40 cm 
dickes ebenes Eis oder Festeis. Auf See kommt 
dichtes 10-30 cm dickes Eis oder Neueis vor. 
Bottenvik 
Vollkommen eisbedeckt. 
FEinnische Küste: Die nördlichen Schären sind mit 
Sea of Bothnia 
Finnish Coast: There is 10-30 cm thick fast ice in 
‘he inner archipelago, farther off thin drift ice and 
new ice occurs for 5-15 nm. - Swedish Coast: In 
‘he inner bays and harbours there is 15-30 cm thick 
level ice. Farther off there is north of Sundsvall an 
22 nm wide area of close 5-15 cm thick ice. South 
of it there is along the coast to the Bight of Gävle 
'hin level ice and new ice. The ice in the Bight of 
Gävle is partly ridged. The Ängermanälv is covered 
with 20-50 cm thick fast ice. At sea ice free.

Totally ice covered. 
Finnish Coast: Between Vaasa and Ensten there 
is 20-30 cm thick fast ice, farther off consolidated 
5-20 cm thick ice and level ice occurs to Norrskär.

Finnish Coast: The northern archipelagos are
