Meerbusen bei mäßigen Frost am kältesten. Ab 
Mittwoch werden dann außer im hohen Norden und 
im östlichen finnischen Meerbusen die Temperaturen 
die 0 überschreiten. Die Eisbildung wird daher nur 
schwach sein und in der südlichen Ostsee fängt das 
Eis an zu schmelzen.
