Finnische Küste: In den nördlichen inneren Schären
kommt 5-20 cm dickes Festeis vor. Außerhalb davon
'reibt dünnes lockeres Eis. - Schwedische Küste‘
ın den nördlichen inneren Schären Festeis oder
kompaktes Eis, 5-15 cm dick. Außerhalb davon und
in den Schären im Südteil kommt Neueis vor.
Voraussichtliche Eisentwicklung
Die Ostsee liegt weiterhin im Einflussbereich eines
umfangreichen Hochdruckgebietes über Südskandi-
navien. An den Küsten des nördlichen Bottnischen
Meerbusens und im östlichen Finnischen Meerbusen
ist in den nächsten fünf Tagen keine wesentliche
=iszunahme zu erwarten, da mit Winden aus
westlichen Richtungen wieder mildere Luft in den
nördlichen Ostseeraum einfließen wird.

Finnish Coast: In the northern inner archipelago
there is 5-20 cm thick fast ice. Farther off thin open
ice is drifting. - Swedish Coast: In the northern
inner archipelago fast ice or compact drift ice, 5-15
cm thick. Farther off new ice occurs. In the southern
part there is new ice in the archipelago.
Expected Ice Development
The Baltic Sea will be further on influenced by a
extensive high pressure area which is situated over
the southern Scandinavia. At the coasts of the
northern Gulf of Bothnia and in the eastern Gulf of
Finland no essential ice increase will be expected
during the next five days, as a milder air will
penetrate into the northern region of the Baltic Sea
from the west.
