Übersicht 
Die Eisverhältnisse im nördlichen Bottnischen 
Meerbusen haben sich über das Wochenende nicht 
wesentlich geändert. In Norra Kvarken und dem 
Saimaasee hat das Eis abgenommen. 
Finnischer Meerbusen 
Finnische Küste: Im Nordteil des Saimaasees liegt 
morsch werdendes 20-30 cm dickes Eis, im 
zentralen Teil ist das Eis 10-15 cm dick und morsch. 
Der Saimaa Kanal ist eisfrei. 
Bottensee 
Schwedische Küste: Auf dem nördlichen Änger- 
manälv kommt sehr lockeres, 10-15 cm dickes, 
morsches Eis vor. 
Norra Kvarken 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären von 
Vaasa liegt dünnes morsches Eis, außerhalb davon 
eisfrei. 
Bottenvik 
Finnische Küste: In den nördlichen Schären 30-60 
om dickes Festeis. Außerhalb davon kommt auf See, 
abgesehen von vereinzelt driftenden Schollen, 
offenes Wasser vor. In den südlichen inneren 
Schären tritt dünnes morsches Eis auf, außerhalb 
davon eisfrei. Schwedische Küste: In den nörd- 
lichen Schären 25-50 cm dickes Festeis. Die 
Eisgrenze auf See verläuft im Norden entlang 23°O, 
dann 5sm östlich von Farstugrunden vorbei und in 
süd-südwestlicher Richtung weiter bis zur Breite von 
Blackkallen. Westlich dieser Grenze tritt sehr dichtes 
bis dichtes 10-50 cm dickes, teilweise aufgepresstes 
Herstellung und Vertrieb

Overview 
The ice conditions in the northern Gulf of Bothnia 
have not changed very much over the weekend. In 
Norra Kvarken and the Lake Saimaa the ice has 
receded further. 
Gulf of Finland 
Finnish Coast: On the northern Lake Saimaa there 
s 20-30 cm thick rottening ice, in the central part 10- 
15 cm thick rotten ice occurs. The Saimaa Canal is 
ice free. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Swedish Coast: On the northern Ängermanälv 
there is very open 10-15 cm thick rotten ice. 
Norra Kvarken 
Finnish Coast: In the inner archipelago of Vaasa 
there is thin rotten ice, farther out ice free. 
Bay of Bothnia 
Finnish Coast: In the northern archipelago 30-60 
cm thick fast ice. Off the fast ice there is mostly 
open water with some drifting floes around... In the 
southern inner archipelagos there is thin rotten ice, 
farther off the sea is ice free. Swedish Coast: The 
1orthern archipelago are covered with 25-50 cm 
thick fast ice. The ice limits in the North runs along 
23°E, then passes 5 nm east of Farstugrunden and 
continues in direction south-southwest until the 
atitude of Blackkallen. West of this limit there is 
very close to close 10-50 cm thick, partly ridged ice 
But in between there are also single up to 50 cm
