Übersicht 
In der Bottenvik setzte sich die Eisbildung weiter fort. 
Rigaischer Meerbusen 
Estnische Küste: In der Pärnu Bucht liegt an der 
Nordostküste ein sehr schmaler Festeissaum, 
außerhalb davon treibt örtlich Nilas. 
Finnischer Meerbusen 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären kommt 
Srtlich dünnes Eis vor. Russische Küste: In den 
Häfen von St. Petersburg liegt örtlich kompaktes 10- 
15 cm dickes Eis. Weiter westwärts bis zur Länge 
von Kronstadt tritt im Fahrwasser sehr dichtes 15-25 
cm dickes, teilweise hügelig aufgepresstes Eis auf. 
Anschließend kommt bis zur Länge vom Leuchtturm 
Krasnaja Gorka kompaktes 5-10 cm dickes Eis und 
Neueis vor. - Im Berkezund tritt kompaktes 5-10 cm 
dickes Eis und Neueis auf. - In der Vyborgbucht liegt 
15-25 cm dickes Festeis und kompaktes 10-15 cm 
dickes Eis, die Einfahrt ist eisfrei. 
Schärenmeer 
In den inneren Schären kommt örtlich dünnes Eis 
vor. 
Bottensee 
Finnische Küste: In den Schären kommt dünnes 
zis vor. Schwedische Küste: Der nördliche 
Ängermanälv ist mit 10-30 cm dickem Festeis 
bedeckt.

Finnische Küste: Zwischen Vaasa und Ensten liegt

Ice formation in the Bay of Bothnia has further 
continued. 
Gulf of Riga 
Estonian Coast: In the Pärnu Bay there is a very 
narrow belt of fast ice on the northeastern coast, 
and farther off nilas is drifting in places. 
Gulf of Finland 
Finnish Coast: In the inner archipelagos there is thin 
ce, in places. Russian Coast: In the harbours of St. 
Petersburg there is compact 10-15 cm thick ice, in 
places. Farther out on the fairway up to the longitude 
af Kronstadt there is 15-25 cm thick very close, partly 
hummocked ice. Farther westwards there is compact 
5-10 cm thick ice and new ice up to the longitude of 
lighthouse Krasnaja Gorka. - In Berkezund compact 
5-10 cm thick ice and new ice occurs. - The Vyborg 
Bay is covered by 15-25 cm thick fast ice and 
compact 10-15 cm thick ice, the entrance is ice-free. - 
Archipelago Sea 
In the inner archipelagos there is thin ice, in places. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Finnish Coast: In the archipelago there is thin ice. 
Swedish Coast: The northern Ängermanälv is 
covered with 10-30 cm thick fast ice.
