Übersicht 
Die Eisverhältnisse im nördlichen Ostseeraum haben 
sich seit gestern nicht wesentlich geändert. 
Rigaischer Meerbusen 
Estnische Küste: In der Pärnu Bucht liegt an der 
Nordostküste ein schmaler Festeissaum, außerhalb 
davon treibt örtlich 5-15 cm dickes Eis. Im Moonsund 
kommt stellenweise sehr lockeres dünnes Eis vor. 
Finnischer Meerbusen 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären kommt 
Srtlich dünnes Eis vor. Russische Küste: In den 
Häfen von St. Petersburg liegt örtlich kompaktes 10- 
15 cm dickes Eis. Weiter westwärts bis zur Länge 
von Kronstadt tritt im Fahrwasser sehr dichtes 15-25 
2m dickes, teilweise hügelig aufgepresstes Eis auf, 
1ach Süden hin stellenweise auch offenes Wasser. 
Anschließend kommt bis zur Länge vom Leuchtturm 
Krasnaja Gorka kompaktes 5-10 cm dickes Eis, dann 
überwiegend offenes Wasser vor. - Im Berkezund 
tritt kompaktes 5-10 cm dickes Eis auf. - In der 
Vyborgbucht liegt 15-25 cm dickes Festeis und 
<ompaktes 10-15 cm dickes Eis, die Einfahrt ist 
sisfrei. - Die Lugabucht ist eisfrei. 
Schärenmeer 
In den inneren Schären kommt örtlich dünnes Eis 
vor. 
Overview 
Ice conditions in the northern region of the Baltic 
Sea have not changed very much since yesterday. 
Gulf of Riga 
Estonian Coast: In the Pärnu Bay there is a 
narrow belt of fast ice on the northeastern coast, 
and farther off 5-15 cm thick ice is drifting in places. 
In Moonsund there is partly very open thin ice. 
Gulf of Finland 
Finnish Coast: In the inner archipelagos there is thin 
ce, In places. Russian Coast: In the harbours of St. 
Petersburg there is compact 10-15 cm thick ice, in 
places. Farther out on the fairway up to the longitude 
af Kronstadt there is 15-25 cm thick very close, partly 
ı1ummocked ice, towards the south there are areas of 
open water. Farther westwards there is compact 5-10 
cm thick ice up to the longitude of lighthouse 
Krasnaja Gorka, then mostly open water. - In 
Berkezund compact 5-10 cm thick ice occurs. - The 
Vyborg Bay is covered by 15-25 cm thick fast ice and 
compact 10-15 cm thick ice, the entrance is ice-free. - 
The Luga Bay is ice-free. 
Archipelago Sea 
In the inner archipelagos there is thin ice, in places. 
Bottensee 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären kommt 
dünnes Eis vor. Schwedische Küste: Der 
nördliche Ängermanälv ist mit 10-30 cm dickem 
Festeis bedeckt. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Finnish Coast: In the inner archipelago there is 
thin ice. Swedish Coast: The _northern 
Ängermanälv is covered with 10-30 cm thick fast
