Schneeschlamm. - In der Vyborgbucht liegt 10-15 cm by 10-15 cm thick fast ice, the entrance is ice free. - 
dickes Festeis, die Einfahrt ist eisfrei. - In der Inthe Luga Bay new ice occurs along the coast. 
Lugabucht kommt entlang der Küste Neueis vor. 
Bottensee 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären kommt 
örtlich dünnes Eis vor. Schwedische Küste: Der 
nördliche Ängermanälv ist mit 10-20 cm dickem 
Festeis bedeckt. 
Norra Kvarken 
Finnische Küste: Zwischen Vaasa und Storhästen 
liegt dünnes Eis. Schwedische Küste: In der 
Einfahrt nach Holmsund kommt dünnes Eis, 
außerhalb davon Neueis vor. 
Bottenvik 
Finnische Küste: In den nördlichen inneren Schären 
25-40 cm dickes Festeis. Anschließend kommt von 
außerhalb Kemi bis südwestlich Kemi 1 Neueis und 
10-30 cm dickes sehr dichtes Eis vor. Außerhalb 
Qulu bis Merikallat tritt 10-30 cm dickes sehr dichtes, 
:eilweise aufgepresstes Eis auf. Außerhalb Raahe 
Neueis. Die Eisgrenze verläuft etwa vom Punkt 
südlich Malören über Merikallat zum Raahe: 
Leuchtturm. In den südlichen Schären liegt dünnes 
zis. Schwedische Küste: In den nördlichen Schären 
-esteis, 15-40 cm dick. Außerhalb davon kommen 
Bereiche mit dichtem bis sehr dichtem 10-20 cm 
dicken Eis und Neueis vor. Die Eisgrenze verläuft 
von Falkensgrund nordostwärts in Richtung Kemi 1. 
Zwischen Piteä und Skellefteä tritt entlang der Küste 
Neueis auf. 
Voraussichtliche Eisentwicklung 
Im nördlichen Ostseeraum ist in den nächsten zwei 
Tagen bei zeitweise auffrischenden Winden aus 
südwestlichen bis westlichen Richtungen mit 
windbedingten Anderungen der Eislage zu rechnen. 
Jas dünne Eis in der nördlichen Bottenvik wird an 
der Nordostküste zusammengeschoben, zeitweise 
sind Eispressungen möglich.

Sea of Bothnia

Finnish Coast: In the northern inner archipelago

Kemi 1 there is new ice and 10-30 cm thick very 
close ice. Off Oulu to Merikallat there is 10-30 cm 
'hick very close, partly ridged ice. There is new ice 
ff Raahe. The ice edge runs approximately from 
south of Malören via Merikallat to Raahe 
ighthouse. In the southern archipelago there is thin 
ce. Swedish Coast: In the northern archipelago 
fast ice, 15-40 cm thick. Farther off there are areas 
with close to very close 10-20 cm thick ice and new 
ce. The ice edge runs from Falkensgrund

Skellefteä there is new ice along the coast. 
Expected Ice Development 
In the northern region of the Baltic Sea partly 
increasing winds from southwesterly to westerly 
directions and wind induced changes of the ice 
situation are to be expected during the next two 
days. Thin ice in the northern Bay of Bothnia will be 
compacted at the northeastern coast. At times, ice 
pressure is possible
