The  weather  conditions  during  the  winter  2002/03  are  shown  in  Figure  2-3.  As  the  chart  2
shows  us  where  come  from  the  winds  over  4  m/s  in  winter.  Strongest  winds  in  winter  2003  blew
to  direction  between  10-70°from  SW  and  from  NNE.
